about

Reactive Black stand for rock music based upon an unusual concept somewhere between doom blues, gothic and dark rock.
As on their debut album "Upcoming Evil", the 11 new tracks again leave a lasting impression caused by singer Sassy Skeleton's extraordinary low female voice pushing relentlessly into the convolutions of the listener's brain far away from any genre-like operatic singings.
Songwriter Rotten's pulsating heavy guitar play as well as sublty and atmospherically used keyboard sounds run through all pitchblack goth rock compositions and emphasize once more the dark undertone of the album.
With "A New Dawn" Reactive Black celebrate guitar-oriented goth rock laced with melancholy and a catchy tune. Some kind of music that has defined itself in its own way despite a recognisable affinity to bands like Skeletal Family or Love Like Blood.
As a bonus the CD includes the videoclip "Doom" as well as two MP3 tracks from the first album "Upcoming Evil".
